CHILI CON CARNE DIPS IN 8 LAYERS

Hello everyone,
In my today post, I would like to share about chili con carne recipe. But this time it's not chili con carne in the soup but it's in dips. Who doesn't love Mexican foods? Mexican food is always amazing and it's an invariable choice. Do you excited about my recipe? I also can't share it here with you all. So here it's;
MENU FOR: 4-5 persons as snack or main dish with taco/tortilla
PREPARING & COOKING TIME: about 45mnt
INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE FRY MINCED BEEF:
PREPARING & COOKING PROCESS:
1. Let wash all the fresh veggies on the list, such as tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion, onion, parsley, and lettuce. Preparing a cutting board, remove the skin from the onion and spring onion. Cut the onion half-round and for the spring onion in slice round.
The next veggies that you need to cut are tomatoes, they have to cut in small ice cube-like on the picture, and follow by the cucumber, at first cut them in 2 pieces then cut them into the slice. So do the olives, cut them slice rounded.
2. Now let's start to make a basic layer for this dips, let's prepare a big pan or wok to fry the minced beef.
Turn on the heat and put the oil into the wok/pan. Wait until the oil is really hot enough then fry the onion at first until get into brown and follow with the minced beef.
Fry them until getting a bit brown and tender. Pour the kidney beans from the dose but before you can shower them with water, shortly let the kidney bean drying then pour them into a wok/pan and mixing together with the minced beef.
Fry and mixing until getting brown color, about 5 minutes long.

3. Prepare a big baking plate with enough space to spread all the dips layer together.
Let put all the fried minced beef and kidney beans, into the plate and spread all over until loaded into the plate. Continue with sour cream for the second layer and spread all over the plate. |

4. And continue with the 3rd layer with avocado. Open the skin from the avocado and take only the avocado fruit and hack them into a small bowl it's like when you make guacamole. spread all the avocado all over the plate until they get a different color into a green color.

5. Continue to the layer dips no.4, cut the lettuce in a long slice in about 1 cm length. Maybe it looks still all green color or less color now, but wait. Step by step it will come the rainbow color on your plate when it comes to an end of the dips layer. |

6. Now, it comes slowly to the main topping and it will make this dips more colorful as I promised.
For the layer no.5, 6, 7, and 8, etc it's more quiet simple. Pour and spreading all tomatoes that finished with the cut, followed by the cucumber, spring onion, parsley, olives and for the last but not least is pepperoni or jalapeño for continuing the topping layer. And for pepperoni/jalapeño you can just let them or cut them a slice, all it's fine.

7. For the final result, topping it with some nachos to make the best result. For serving you can prepare/eat them with tacos or tortillas or just dipping with nachos as a snack. Voilaaaa....!!! Now this dips is ready to serve for your family or friends.
