Sneak Peek From My Fitness Routine To Keep Healthy & Body Shape

Hello beautiful peeps,

How are you today?I wanted to share with you my sneak peek from my fitness routine.There are some different fitness outfit with different fitness time.Yes,i´m crazy with fitness and exercises.I love to keep my healthy and of course to keep my body shape too.Doing routine fitness or exercises is help to keep healthy body and mind.And not only that,will improved your body muscle,stamina and energy for your daily life activities.Of course when we have a healthy body,a healthy mind,energy and stamina,than we have also a lot of motivation for all our important daily activities in our life.I know,not so much people have so much time too,doing fitness and exercises in fitness studio or indoor fitness.But nevertheless you have another possibility that still you can do routine fitness or exercises at home or a bit outside as running,bike,swimm, or much more.Normally,i went to fitness studio for 3x or 4x a week since 11 years ago or sometime less depend of my time.Or sometime when i have really busy week i went to fitness studio only 2x a week.But i don´t have so much time to go to fitness studio,than i do running outdoor near my house and continue with exercises at home.But only that,i do also Zumba Fitness and also Belly Dance as i love dancing too.With dance i feel it has more great mood and always increasing my happy feeling.Don´t you believe?Try it at home with turn on the music or even you can go to dance studio.Find out what you really like or passion for kind of dance or music.These is what i normally do in fitness studio,

1)Zumba Fitness is for faster calorien burn and also increasing happy mood.

2).Lifting weight with dumbel,faster to build your muscle and calorie burn.

3)I end up with Abs work out and stretching.

After my zumba fitness class,with calorien burned and happy mood.

Build a strong arms and shoulder.

Doing routine and lot of squat to build a nice and strong butt.

Fast lose weight and strong arms with boxing.

Still look chic and fashionable with my floral pant and colorful for my fitness outfit.

Another zumba outfit.

End up my exercise with abs work out,stretching and plunge.

Black Sabrina & Purple Skirt For My Adventure Day-Hua-Hin Part 3

Hello beauties,
How are you today?I hope you have a great week so far and weekend is coming soon.Yes,i´m so excited.How about you?Do you have any a special plan for your weekend??Let me share with you my another pictures from my long weekend in Hua-Hin.And i think this is will be my last part for this time.I worn my new black sabrina top from Cotton On and purple skirt from Emily Wear and i worn my comfort sneaker shoes that i worn it before several time on my last post.Yes,these outfit is for my adventure day visited a little mountain at Hua-Hin very closed by from the hotel were i stayed.This mountain called Khao Ta Kiab,i recommend you to visit this place someday you want visit Hua-Hin,Thailand.On top from the mountain,it has a amazing view from Hua-Hin skyline and Budha temple.This temple is always full with people who did prayed and some local tourist and international tourist too of course.We had a luck with the weather that actually is big rain in the early morning when we had our breakfast,but finally rain is stopped and we could continue with our plan to do a bit adventured at Khao Ta Kiab mountain.That´s why we could not make a great pictures as the background from the weather is a bit cloud and grey.But of course we drove a car as the road to the mountain is really curve.

Anyway,do you like my look??My black sabrina top from cotton on is my very first that i worn and i really love it so much.I´m a sabrina lover.Who´s with me??With sabrina top you can always shows your sexy shoulder and yet look chic and elegant.My new skirt,from Emily Wear is really simply gorgeous as simply detail ornament make the look from this skirt more attractive.I worn again my leopard sneaker print and my MCM bag.I featured it with very simply accessories,my charm candy bracelet and beautiful necklace.And not completed yet without my sport watch from Sigma that present from hubby from last summer.Yeachh...i love this sport watch is not only look simply cool but yet chic for a daily casual look or sport activities of course.

Yippieee....i´m on the skyline of Hua-Hin and i´m enjoyed this great view.

Enjoyed my afternoon coffee at Starbuck after my shortly adventured.

Hello beauties,

i hope you have a wonderful weekend so far.Talked about summer time,here it is my summer holiday in Bali from last month.I knew,it was a month ago but i just have time to post on my blog now.These pictures,as i was spent my sunbathing in the beautiful paradise Island Bali.The beach it called Nusa Dua beach Bali.As i stayed in the beach front hotel with very beautiful and comfortable hotel in Nusa Dua Area.Just need to walked about 5 minute to this beach from the hotel were i stayed.The sun is very strong hot those day,make my skin absolutely very fast getting tanned skin.And i wore new bikini from "Cotton On".It was on big sale that i´ve bought before on my holiday and of course so comfy.Did you ever try bikini from cotton on??This is also my very first time wearing bikini from this brand.They have many beautiful bikini with different style and motive.And the prices is very good price.For sure,i´ll post more about my Bali holiday in the next post.I still have so many pictures from my Bali Holiday.;-)

Hello beauties,how was your day??I hope everything running well.How fast is the time flies and almost the mid-week after i had really fun party in the weekend with hubby for company party,with lot of food,drink,music and laugh.And the theme is beach party.So,here is my outfit for the first day on my arrived in the hotel.I wore a floral pink dress as i´ve bought already about 2 years ago from "Cotton on".Simply comfortable dress and so chick and feminin look.And of course looks so fresh with strong pink color.The necklace i´ve bought also on big sale last year from "Forever 21".
