How are you??I hope you had an wonderful week so far.I come back with my new post and for sure I miss you all.So sorry that lately I´m a bit quiet as I´m busy with my new life that still no settle yet.My movement from Bangkok to Germany until today still take all my energy and time.But I promise when all are finish I´ll have more time for my blog and more consentration.For today post I´ll show you my simply boho look with floral dress that I worn on garden party that happened yearly at Bremen Vegesak on every spring/summer.We´re lucky that the weather is really hot and no rain.I went to this event with my family.With this weather It look perfect that I worn my mini floral summer dress and my gladiator sandals from Mango.Open back dress is always my favorite maxi dress for summer.It´s not only looks sexy but also looks elegant,specially with floral printed.My boho bag is present from my best friend and love those colorful boho bag.It made my look perfect for spring/summer.

Hope you had an amazing weekend and ready to make a amazing week ahead.Did you know that October is breast cancer awareness?October is almost over but is never too late to do important thing for your own health and for your life.More and more every year many woman here in Thailand or woman around the world diagnose by breast cancer disease.As everyone knows this breast cancer is deadly disease for mostly victims,some may has luck survival and some are not.As breast cancer is can happened in some reason,because may genes factors or some other reason is may because unhealthy lifestyle,obesity or smoke or some other reason.Here is all the details,

The following are risk factors for breast cancer:

-Older age
-A personal history of breast cancer or benign (noncancer) breast disease
-A family history of breast cance
-Inherited gene changes
-Dense breasts
-Exposure of breast tissue to estrogen made in the body
-Taking hormone therapy for symptoms of menopause
-Radiation therapy to the breast or chest
-Obesity
-Drinking alcohol
-Being white

- The following are protective factors for breast cancer:
- -Less exposure of breast tissue to estrogen made by the body
- -Taking estrogen-only hormone therapy after hysterectomy, selective estrogen receptor modulators, or aromatase inhibitors and inactivators
  
  -Estrogen-only hormone therapy after hysterectomy
  
  -Selective estrogen receptor modulators
  
  -Aromatase inhibitors and inactivators
  
  -Risk-reducing mastectomy
  
  -Ovarian ablation
  
  -Getting enough exercise
  
  It is not clear whether the following affect the risk of breast cancer:
  
  Oral contraceptives
  
  Environment
The following do not affect the risk of breast cancer.
Cancer prevention clinical trials are used to study ways to prevent cancer.
New ways to prevent breast cancer are being studied in clinical trial.
Avoiding Risk factors and increasing protective factors may help prevent cancer.
Avoiding cancer risk factors may help prevent certain cancers. Risk factors include smoking, being overweight, and not getting enough exercise. Increasing protective factors such as quitting smoking, eating a healthy diet, and exercising may also help prevent some cancers. Talk to your doctor or other health care professional about how you might lower your risk of cancer.
