4 DIFFERENT SECRET RECIPES: SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE FROM MY KITCHEN


Hello spaghetti lovers, 
today I wanted to share my spaghetti bolognese recipe from my kitchen. As everyone knows, spaghetti bolognese it's a classic recipe and almost everyone loves it. Starting from kiddos until eldest one. Are you one of them?? If yes, then I'm happy to share it here with you my recipe and you're right here on my blog. And it's my kitchen secret, that this spaghetti bolognese is almost once a week is on my cooked list. As my hubby is the biggest spaghetti lover and he loves everything about spaghetti. So normally I tried with the different recipe and that's why everytime the tasted always different even still tasted damn so good and yummy. And on this post, I have four different secret recipes from my kitchen that I would be happy to share it here with you. Even I cooked this dish very often, but will never be bored because I always make a different recipe and make the tasted absolutely different every single time you cooked and you serving on the table for your family and loves one. 1). RECIPE NO.1 WITH PAPRIKA 


Ingredients :
- 500gram spaghetti 
- 500gram minced beef 
- 1 jar bolognese sauce
- 1 jar mushroom 
- 2 pcs paprika
- 2 pcs garlic 
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 tsp vegetable oil 
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pepper 
- Salt 
- Knoor
- Oregano 
- Rucola 
- Chili or Jalapeno 
- 250 ml water
- Parmesan 

How To Prepare - Cooking & Assembly Step By Step: 
1. Prepare top with hot water and cook until boil and pour the spaghetti and added a little olive oil and salt on it, cooked about 10 minute. Dried in a bowl and pour olive oil a bit to make the spaghetti not getting stick together. 

2. Peeled the garlic and onion and washed it until clean, hacked into a small piece the garlic. And for the onion cut off half rounded. 

3. Prepare a wok or pan added a bit vegetable oil, wait until getting hot the oil, and fried the garlic and onion until half brown and followed by the minced beef fried until getting brown and tender all about 10 minutes. 

4. Clean and washed the paprika and cut half long or as you want. 

5. After finished fried the minced beef, pour the bolognese sauce into the wok and added 250 ml water mixed all together, followed by paprika and mushroom into a wok. Let's cook about 10 - 15 minutes. 

6. Added some pepper, salt and oregano and knoor all together and tasted it with eating spoon. 

7. Prepare 2 plates or more and added spaghetti on the plate and added the spaghetti bolognese sauce as you want and don't forget to topping with rucola and chili/jalapeno and parmesan of course and now spaghetti is ready to serve. Bueno appetito...!!! 



2). RECIPE NO. 2 WITH ZUCCHINI 

Ingredients :
- 500-gram spaghetti
- 500-gram minced beef
- 1 jar bolognese sauce
- I jar mushroom
- 1 pcs zucchini
- 2 pcs garlic
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 pcs paprika
- 250 ml water 
- Parmesan 
- Pepper 
- Salt 
- Knoor 
- Chili / Jalapeno 
- 2 tsp vegetable oil 
- 2 tsp olive oil 

How To Prepare - Cooking & Assembly Step By Step:

7. Prepare 2 plates or more and added spaghetti on the plate and added the spaghetti bolognese sauce as you want and don't forget to topping with chili/jalapeno and parmesan of course and now spaghetti is ready to serve. Bueno appetito...!!! 






3). RECIPE NO.3 WITH CELERY 


Ingredients:
- 500 gram spaghetti long
- 500 gram minced beef 
- 1 jar bolognese sauce 
- 1 jar mushroom 
- 2 pcs garlic
- 1 pcs onion 
- 1 bunch of celery 
- Rucola 
- Parmesan 
- 2 tsp vegetable oil 
- 2 tsp olive oil 
- Salt 
- Pepper 
- Oregano 
- Knoor
- 250 ml water

How To Prepare - Cooking & Assembly Step By Step: 
1. Prepare top with hot water and cook until boil and pour the spaghetti and added a little olive oil and salt on it, cooked about 10 minutes. Dried in a bowl and pour olive oil a bit to make the spaghetti not getting stick together.

4). RECIPE NO. 4 WITH BLACK OLIVE

Ingredients :
- 500 gram spaghetti long
- 500 gram minced beef 
- 1 jar bolognese sauce 
- 1 jar mushroom 
- 2 pcs paprika 
- 1/2 jar black olive 
- 2 pcs garlic 
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 tsp vegetable oil 
- 2 tsp olive oil 
- 250 ml water 
- Pepper 
- Salt 
- Knoor 
- Parmesan 
- Oregano 

How To Prepare - Cooking & Assembly Step By Step: 
1. Prepare top with hot water and cook until boil and pour the spaghetti and added a little olive oil and salt on it, cook about 10 minutes. Dried in a bowl and pour olive oil a bit to make the spaghetti not getting stick together.

5. After finished fried the minced beef, pour the bolognese sauce into wok and added 250 ml water mixed all together, followed by zucchini, paprika and mushroom mixed and pour together into a wok. Let's cooked about 10 - 15 minutes. 

6. Added some pepper, salt and oregano and knoor all together and tasted it with eat spoon. 

7. Prepare 2 plates or more and added spaghetti on the plate and added the spaghetti bolognese sauce as you want and don't forget to topping with chili/jalapeno and parmesan of course and now spaghetti is ready to serve. Bueno appetito...!!!

  3. These recipes look delicious and healthy, I'll definitely have to try one out! I also don't think I've ever use fresh paprika that wasn't a dried seasoning so that's really interesting!
